Celebrate blueberry season with a South Haven StoryWalk® featuring Robert McCloskey’s beloved children’s book, Blueberries for Sal. Follow the story page by page along the outdoor path at the Liberty Hyde Bailey Museum & Gardens as Sal and her mother encounter another berry-picking family on Blueberry Hill.
This free, family-friendly experience is available daily during daylight hours. Visitors can also tour Liberty Hyde Bailey’s historic birthplace, explore exhibits dedicated to the life and work of America’s “Father of Modern Horticulture,” and stroll through the museum’s gardens and wooded nature trail.
