Badger Country Christmas Trees

At Badger Country Christmas Trees we have Balsam Fir, Canaan Fir, Concolor Fir, Douglas Fir, Fraser Fir, Korean Fir, Scotch Pine, White Pine, and Blue Spruce trees. Our farm also features 9'+ trees, garlands and wreaths, living trees, machine cleaning, tree wrapping, and we do have stands available.

Baragar Pines Farm

Organic "U-Cut" Christmas Trees, Landscape trees, Landscape Design! Christmas Barn has wreaths, garland, table top trees, and hot chocolate! Scotch, White, Blue Spruce, fresh cut Frasier & Balsam!

Bittersweet Ski Area

16 Runs and the fastest lifts. . . sweet! Whatever you need, we have it at the Snowberry Ski Shop, or you can rent what you need from our full-service rental department. Our 2 snack bars, Outdoor grill, Winner’s Circle Lounge, and Copper Leaf Café are ready to serve you so you can get rejuvenated and back on the slopes!

Cross-Country Skiing & Snowshoeing

Cross-country skiers and snowshoers are permitted to use the Kal-Haven Trail, but extreme caution must be exercised because this trail is shared with snowmobilers. Other spots to cross-country ski and snowshoe are the Ross Nature Preserve Near Covert, the Van Buren State Park, the Van Buren Trail, Sarett Nature Center, and the Allegan Cross Country Ski Trail. Both can also be experienced on local beaches!

Kal-Haven Trail

Enjoy a hike, bike ride, horseback ride, or a leisurely stroll on this 34-mile trail from South Haven to Kalamazoo. Travel through small towns, countryside, beautiful wooded areas, and pass points of historical interest. Towns along the way have food and lodging for trail users. Cross-country skiing and snowmobiling in the winter. Snowmobilers must have the Michigan Snowmobile Permit.

Lakeside Entertainment Center

Lakeside is a beautiful 16 lane center that has been family owned and operated since 1987. We feature a full service restaurant (with banquet facilities), a cocktail lounge, an eighteen hole miniature golf course, a 16 lane bowling center and a lot of fun! 

Murdoch Nursery

The Murdoch Nursery has a large variety of shade trees, ornamental trees, evergreen trees and flowering trees all ready to plant. We also have daylilies, hosta, ground cover, and some perenials. We have Christmas trees in pots and a large selection of cut your own Christmas Trees. Located 5 miles north of South Haven on Blue Star Hwy, turn east on 107th Avenue.

Sarett Nature Center

Over 5 miles of walking trails that can be explored on your own or with a naturalist. Snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and programs for all ages.

Snowmobiling on the Kal-Haven Trail

Snowmobilers are required to purchase a Michigan Snowmobile Trail Permit to use the trail. There must be a minimum of 4 inches of snow. Snowmobiles must be registered with the Michigan Secretary of State and riders MUST display a snowmobile Trail Permit. Annual Michigan Snowmobile Trail Permits are sold for $35. 

South Haven Ice Rink

The rink is great for birthday parties, family outings, school/church groups, corporate parties. Please call to confirm days & hours of operations (weather conditions).  

Tall Timbers Tree Farm & Gift Shop

Full service, U-Cut or We-Cut Christmas tree farm. Hayrides to the fields, free hot chocolate to warm up! Fresh wreaths, garland and more. Visit our Warming House Gift Shop for unique ornaments, gifts, candles and locally made apple cider. 

Timber Ridge Ski Area

Timber Ridge offers an exciting variety of slopes to challenge the advanced or to begin a first time adventurer. Also available snowboard rentals, ski shop, ski school, Polar Cubs program, Snowshoe Bar, race events, season passes, weekend events, and Winter Celebration.
