SHOUT and Scott Club will Continue Cottage Walk Partnership;
Cottages for 2026 Walk Are Being Sought
SOUTH HAVEN – The popular summertime Cottage Walk will continue in 2026 as a partnership between
SHOUT for South Haven and the South Haven Scott Club.
The organizations joined in co-sponsoring the Cottage Walk in 2025. It attracted record crowds to the
decades-long event. The 2026 Cottage Walk will be held Saturday, June 27.
“The 2025 Cottage Walk was a perfect match between our organizations,” said Bob Copping, president
of SHOUT and a co-founder of the Cottage Walk.
“Our members enthusiastically embraced the event this past summer and are looking forward to
continuing the partnership,” said Carol Kunze, president of the Scott Club.
The Cottage Walk will be in its 29 th year. Attendees spend an afternoon at their pace visiting the
uniquely chosen homes scattered throughout the community.
The identification of homes for the 2026 Cottage Walk is underway. The community is invited to submit
suggestions to pattijsheppard@gmail.com.
SHOUT for South Haven is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to making South Haven
better through improvement and beautification projects, as well as funding concerts and other events of
community interest.
The Scott Club, an arts and cultural nonprofit organized in 1883 and open to all, provides bimonthly educational and entertaining programs, a concert series and a monthly book discussion.
