Black River Park and Boat Launch

132 Dunkley Avenue - South Haven
From I-196: Exit 20, turn west off of exit ramp onto Phoenix Road. At the 2nd stop light, turn right onto Broadway. Before going across the drawbridge, turn right onto Dunkley Avenue. From I-196: Exit 20, turn west off of exit ramp onto Phoenix Road. At 2nd light turn left onto Broadway then turn right onto Elkenberg Street. Go 1 block and turn left onto Center Street. Turn right onto Cable Avenue. Park has playground equipment, benches, and picnic tables. Free parking.

Chancy Lewis Park

520 S. Main St. - Lawton
A wood playground with steps, bridges, monkey bars, rope ladders, shaky platforms and more.  There is a separate Tot Lot area with small steps, a slide, a sandbox, monkey bars and large wooden cars to "drive."

Covert Park Beach & Campground

Camping on Lake Michigan's shore. We offer camping cabins and sites with electrical and water hookup as well as primitive camping. Day use visitors are welcome. Other amenities include a showerhouse, store, parking, covered pavillion, and picnic tables. Our season begins in May and ends in October. Please contact for prices and availability.

Dyckman Park

536 Phoenix Street - South Haven
Named for A.S. Dyckman who came from New York in 1838. He was a partner in building the first steam mill and the first hotel in South Haven, and was also Mayor in 1902. From I-196: Exit 22, turn west off of exit ramp onto North Shore Drive. Cross Blue Star Highway and follow around curve and south until it ends. Ellen Avery Park is located at the end of North Shore Drive. Enjoy the beautiful views and watch the boats go by. Benches. Free parking.

Hartman Park
