We are diverse group of citizens concerned about our community, its vitality, its deep fishing and outdoor recreation tradition. We have come together to become the largest chapter of the Michigan Steelhead & Salmon Fishermen’s Association because MSSFA, created in 1967 after the introduction of Pacific Salmon in Lake Michigan, affords us the opportunity to protect, promote and enhance sport fishing in the Great Lakes and connecting waterways. Our members range from serious fishermen and women to just local citizens who enjoy participating in an organization that sponsors fishing tournaments, community fish boils that act as civic fund raisers, and projects that enhance the recreational opportunities for our citizens and visitors alike.
Meetings on the third Thursday of each month at the South Haven Moose Lodge.
