Michigan Warbird Plane Rides

You don’t have to be a pilot to experience the thrill of flying in a vintage WWII aircraft. Every ride is tailored around your desires. The duration of the ride can vary from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. Some guests just want a short hop around the airport so they can feel the vibrations and hear the rumble of a radial engine. Other guest want to climb up into the wild blue and feel the g force of aerobatic maneuvers like loops and rolls and see the earth through the top of the canopy while flying upside down. Then there are some who want to relax during a low level flight across the beautiful Michigan country side and maybe buzz down the Lake Michigan shoreline with the canopy open feeling the outside air flowing through the cockpit and hearing the rumble of the radial engine as it gracefully lumbers along. We want to provide the ride of your dreams, one that you will remember. You are free to take as many pictures of your event as you would like. Each flight begins with a briefing that covers all the necessary safety items as well as the planned profile. Once the aircraft is in the air, your instructor will allow you to get some stick time if you wish so that you can experience what it feels like to pilot the aircraft. After the flight is complete, you will have the opportunity to take more pictures to capture your experience.
