Come join us for a soothing sound healing session where we will let the magic of sound wash over us. Using crystal singing bowls we will create a space to unwind, release stress, and connect with our inner selves. No prior experience is needed- this is a no movement class, just resting and listening, if resting on the floor is not accessible for you, we also have chairs. Just bring your open heart and let's heal together in a down-to-earth, nurturing space.
