Family Yoga & Play at the Park

Overview
Join Sarah from Yoga Adventures with Kids in the sunshine for yoga at Kids Paradise/Tyler Field! Located directly behind Eleven Eleven Yoga studio.
(in the case of rain other other weather, this class will be moved to the studio)
Bring the whole family for a fun and uplifting family yoga class! We will practice breathing exercises, learn yoga poses together, play some games and then we’ll all get cozy for relaxation time. People of all ages are welcome to join in the fun!
After class you can stay and play! Kids Paradise playground is right there for the kids to continue the fun after yoga.
Feel free to bring a mat or there will be some available to borrow.
