Family Fun Festival

Overview
This year, as a gift to the children of the South Haven area, the Social Committee of the South Haven Yacht Club is sponsoring a FREE Family Fun Festival, basically a small carnival-type event with booths that offer fun games, prizes, interesting and also educational things to do. Event will be located in the east parking lot of the South Haven Yacht Club along the Black River. The date is Saturday, June 7th from 12 noon until 3:00 PM.
It is free to attend and free to be a vendor with a booth. We have the support of close to 50 businesses and individuals including Meijer, State Farm, Gull Lake Marina, Al Van and Lake Arvesta Farms.
Please note that this is not a fundraiser – our budget is basically break-even. Any contributions help subsidize the trinkets, labor and set-up that inevitably comes with any event. We are cautiously optimistic that generous donations from the local businesses will help make the event successful and we hope to make this a yearly event. It’s a wonderful way to bring our community together and we are proud to be a part of it.
