Overview
The holiday season is a lot — emotionally, energetically, physically.
As we step into a new year, this is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and give your nervous system the gentle care it deserves.
This Sound Healing session will support you in releasing tension from the holidays, grounding into the present moment, and creating space for peace, clarity, and restoration as you move into 2026.
✨ What to Expect
• A calming crystal singing bowl sound bath
• Space to let your body and mind unwind
• Gentle nervous system support + deep relaxation
🧘♀️ All are welcome. Come exactly as you are — no experience needed.
What to Bring
• Yoga mat (blankets provided if you don’t have one)
• Pillow or cushion for comfort
• Water bottle
